PROFESSIONAL BIO:

Eduard DIGORE has been practicing law for more than 19 years. For three years (2000-2003) he teaches as a university lecturer at several higher education institutions in the country, matters of Labor Law, Banking Law and General Theory of Law.

His professional paving in law begins in 2001. Eduard is a member of the Attorneys Organization of Chișinău. He has been and still is active in improving the law legislation, as well as establishing or improving the relations of the “UAM” with other institutions of the European Advocacy. He contributed in a decisive way to the signing of the 2012 bilateral agreement between the UAM and the CNF in Italy. In May 2014, he participates as a representative of the UAM at the plenary session of the European Attorney Organisations Council. He is a member of the Moldovan-Italian Joint Observatory for the Defence of Human Rights.

Eduard speaks Russian, French, Italian and some English. His purpose as an attorney is to reform the Advocacy in Moldovan, so that it becomes one of the basic pillars of Law and Justice of this country. Member of the Council of Union of Lawyers of Moldova.
